Service-Based Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only in cases where services have not been started or if a specific deliverable, as agreed in the contract, has not been provided.
• Once the project has commenced, refunds are not applicable for work already completed.
• If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Payments made for domain registration, hosting, third-party software, or licenses are non-refundable.
• Customized solutions or completed development work cannot be refunded.
• Change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
